Unwanted Items
For your peace of mind, SurfDek offers a 28 day refund policy on unwanted SurfDek items. We will happily refund or exchange a SurfDek item for you if it is unwanted within 28 days of being purchased from surfdek.co.uk, providing it is in the same condition it was delivered to you in. In the event of a refund, we will not refund any shipping costs incurred. When you order a SurfDek product we manufacture it specifically for you and for this reason a re-stocking fee may apply for unwanted items.
Please note: SurfDek products which are customised/personalised for you are non-returnable due their bespoke nature.
Size + Fitting Policy
When you order a SurfDek product we manufacture it specifically for you. We love creating these brand new products for our customers but please contact us if you have any questions regarding fitting or sizing. We are conscious manufacturers and we can all benefit from only producing what is required. Let’s aim together to try and reduce the occurrence of having to exchange products for this reason.
Colours
Please note there may be very slight variations in the colour of SurfDek foam across different products, due to producing material in batches.
3 Month Warranty
If you believe your SurfDek product to be faulty, we offer a 3 month warranty from the date of your order to return faulty SurfDek items for a full refund. We may ask you to send us some photographs of your item as well as to return it to us, as we deal with each warranty on an individual basis.
Due to the nature of the sports SurfDek is intended for, we offer this warranty against manufacturing faults only. we will not provide a refund if there are obvious signs of neglect or in proper use of the products we provide.
Other Brand Products
As well as creating our own products, we supply carefully selected and vetted products from other brands which go hand-in-hand with ours. If you need to return one of these products we endeavour to assist you quickly to do so, in line with the brand’s or distributor’s returns/warranty policy and procedure.
What To Do If You Want To Return An Item
Please get in touch with us at contact@surfdek.co.uk and we will help you process your return as quickly as possible. You will be given a returns number and asked to post your items back to us, at your cost. You will then be refunded the original amount of the sale, excluding shipping. For exchanges, in the first instance only, we will then post a new item back to you at no extra cost to you.
