Please check your country’s national import policy. SurfDek will not be responsible for import duties and taxes occurred when ordering internationally from outside of the UK.

Accepting Your Order

Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as “Damaged” and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’. It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not singed for as such, SurfDek cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

Size + Fitting Policy

When you order a SurfDek product we manufacture it specifically for you the same day. We love creating these brand new products for our customers but please contact us if you have any questions regarding fitting or sizing. We are conscious manufacturers and we can all benefit from only producing what is required. Let’s aim together to try and reduce the occurrence of having to exchange products for this reason.

Packaging

Your order will be sent to you in a cardboard box or a degradable mailing bag with a re-usable secondary glue seal, so that you can use it again. SurfDek Hex Pads come in a cardboard box, which we encourage you to recycle.
