The Autumn Beach Festival is back.
SURF LESSONS
South Shields Surf School will be running hour long taster surf sessions for just £10.00 per person including the gear needed.
Sessions will run both days 10:00-11:00am
12:00-1:00pm

ADAPTIVE SURF LESSONS
South Shields Surf School will be running hour long adaptive surf sessions on both days.
Running 2:30-3:30pm these sessions are for anyone with additional needs who cannot access our regular surf lessons.

SURF COMPETITION
The competition is being put on by South Shields Boardriders Surf Club.
Categories:
Under 10s, Under 12s, Under 14s, Under 16s, Longboard, Mens Open and Womens Open.
Based on 20-30 minute heats with 4 people each.

ROOKIE LIFEGUARD COMPETITION
South Shields Volunteer Lifeguard Club will be putting on some great events for our rookie lifeguards.
As well as running Save A Life courses that teach you vital lifesaving skills: www.rlss.org.uk/save-a-life-series
Rookie festival on Sunday at 2pm for beach races and games, registration at 1pm.
The Save a Life Courses will be running Saturday and Sunday morning.

BEACH CLEAN
There will be mini beach cleans running through the weekend organised by local Reps from Surfers Against Sewage. Just pop along to their stall to get the equipment needed.
